The hotel's decoration was tasteful and elegant, with a touch of traditional charm that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere for senior guests like myself. I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, as there were no stairs to climb and everything was conveniently located on one level.
It would have been nice if there were more staff available to assist senior guests with their needs. The children working there did their best, but having additional staff members would have made the vacation even better.

The room at Vannucci House was cozy and comfortable, with a private entrance and a nice electric kettle. I loved how the room was soundproof, so I could sleep peacefully without any disturbances. It felt like my own little sanctuary.
Personally, I found the sofa in the apartment a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might actually enjoy it.

Wanted to see Perugia popular places and this apartment was perfect place for exploring most of them. The location was magnificent and incredible, I loved it, it was 5 minutes on foot from a historic square.

The decoration of the hotel was lovely, with warm colors and comfortable seating areas that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, even for us seniors. I especially appreciated the accessibility features, such as handrails and ramps, which made it much easier for me to get around without any issues.
I would have loved if the children working there could provide some assistance specifically tailored to the needs of senior guests. A little extra help or guidance would have made my vacation even more enjoyable and stress-free.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city center. It was easy to explore the main attractions on foot. The hotel facilities were great, with a shared balcony that provided a peaceful place to relax. The staff was helpful and responsive, providing recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, location, and helpfulness of the staff at this hotel.
Nothing, it was perfect.

The video description sent by the owner made it really easy to find the place, and the apartment itself was modern and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town. Plus, the early check-in time allowed us to start our holiday without any delay.
The lighting in the hallways was a bit confusing, and the overall modern style of the place lacked any old-world charm. It would have been nice if the AC was working properly, as it was incredibly hot and the small fan provided wasn't sufficient.

The apartment had a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries. It was so nice to relax and have all the comforts of home! Some units even had a kitchen with a stovetop, which made it convenient for preparing meals for our family. The double room we stayed in had a private entrance, which made us feel like we had our own little hideaway. We also loved that there was an electric kettle in the room, perfect for making a quick cup of tea or coffee. The apartment had a cozy sofa in the common area, ideal for lounging and spending quality time together as a family.
Personally, I would have preferred a bit more space in the double room we stayed in. But I understand that some people might find it cozy and intimate.

Great views of the city from the apartment and the free WiFi was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the soundproofing meant I didn't have to listen to my neighbors' questionable taste in music.
Oh, I just loved collecting the keys in the building's box, such a fun treasure hunt! And the stairs with their poor condition were like a thrilling obstacle course.
